• Selection Process: Submission of this form does not guarantee selection as a speaker. All applications will be reviewed by the AI 2030 Summit committee, and selected speakers will be notified via email.
• Promotion: If selected, you agree to participate in promotional activities related to the AI 2030 Summit, including but not limited to social media mentions, website listings, and press releases.
• Recording and Distribution: By participating as a speaker, you consent to the recording and distribution of your presentation through various media channels, including the AI 2030 Summit website, social media, and other promotional materials.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your participation, you must notify the AI 2030 Summit committee at least 30 days before the event. Failure to do so may affect future speaking opportunities.
• Intellectual Property: You retain the intellectual property rights to your presentation materials. However, you grant the AI 2030 Summit a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display your presentation for promotional and educational purposes.
• Code of Conduct: All speakers are expected to adhere to the AI 2030 Summit's Code of Conduct, which promotes a respectful and inclusive environment for all participants.
