is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager who will manage the day-to-day operations of our busy parts department, forecasting goals and objectives and recruiting/training parts personnel as needed. Parts Department to the next level!

Responsibilities - Parts Manager:

 

  • Facilitating smooth and efficient operation of all parts department activities
  • Hiring and training needed personnel
  • Analyzing sales, expenses and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
  • Ordering stock, receipting and recording all stock backorders
  • Confirming internal/external PO’s for proper charges
  • Tracking and expediting service and customer backorders

 


Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Manager:

 

  • Automotive parts experience
  • Must have experience in management and supervision
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Computer proficient
