JCO is currently on the lookout for an experienced BIM Modelers one of our top clients! This dynamic company is one of the top construction companies in the electrical industry, and they are looking for hardworking individuals to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Revit design, specifically in the electrical field, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of BIM modeling.

The Duties will include:

• Work with the Lead Modeler in developing Revit Families either for the revised standards or for a specific project’s needs.
• Will need to efficiently model and document the project.
• Perform layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit in accordance with company Electric Standards.
• Lead modeling efforts on projects working with support modelers to complete deliverables.
• Setup of Revit views for use by the Project team.
• Electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ total experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Degree in Computerized Drafting field preferred but not required.
