Role Overview
As CGO, you will be responsible for the growth, strategy, and performance of all profit centers—including paid ads, email, social, partnerships, website promotions, and new revenue streams. You’ll set the overall growth strategy, manage the promotional calendar, and hold all teams accountable for results. This is a high-impact, hands-on executive role reporting directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize all revenue-driving channels: paid ads (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google), email, influencer/affiliate, partnerships, website promotions, and more Develop and execute the overall growth strategy to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets Build and manage the promotional calendar (product launches, sales, seasonal campaigns) Lead, mentor, and hold the marketing/growth team and channel owners accountable for KPIs Analyze channel and campaign performance, report on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI Identify and test new profit centers and growth opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment Stay ahead of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape
What You Bring
5+ years’ experience in growth, marketing, or revenue leadership roles, with at least 2 years at the director level or higher (e-commerce/DTC strongly preferred) Proven track record managing and scaling multiple revenue channels (paid, organic, partnerships, email, etc.) Strong analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs for revenue and profit growth Experience building and executing promotional calendars and cross-channel campaigns Exceptional leadership, accountability, and project management abilities Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset Ability to work in a hybrid (in-office & remote) capacity in South Florida
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $100,000 – $130,000/year (commensurate with experience)
Performance Bonuses:
Quarterly bonus: 5% of revenue above $100k/month baseline
Channel/KPI bonuses: $2,000/quarter for hitting/exceeding channel-specific goals (ROAS, new customer acquisition, email list growth, etc.)
Annual bonus: Up to 20% of base salary for exceeding annual growth goals
