What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AbbVie's in-office portals and access-related solutions for healthcare provider offices
- Evaluate and diagnose areas of delay in patient prescription experiences and offer AbbVie digital solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare provider offices using AbbVie portals
- Collaborate with AbbVie field teams to implement effective solutions for HCPs in the assigned territory
- Communicate compliance updates and insights to AbbVie field teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with drugs requiring prior authorization and specialty pharmacies
- Strong understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing within the immunology specialty biologics space
- Excellent territory and account management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others through knowledge

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior healthcare sales experience or experience in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally to drive results
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance affecting pharmaceutical prescribing
- Experience in uncovering patient needs indirectly through dialogue with healthcare providers
- Strong computer aptitude, including understanding of Windows and internet browsers
