Role: Mid-level / Junior level / Entry level

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Work Authorization: GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD & USC.


Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand project goals and gather requirements.

• Assist in documenting functional and non-functional requirements.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and helping define acceptance criteria.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure deliverables meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Information Technology , Computer Science , Economics , Finance , Statistics , or a related field

• A Master's degree (MBA, MIS, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
