Location: Columbus, OH (Local Candidates Preferred) Employment Type: Full-time | W2 Level: Mid-Level (Path to Senior / Lead) We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React and Python who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers a unique opportunity to split your time between hands-on coding and assisting the technical lead (Adrian) with leadership and management responsibilities. You'll be joining a mission-driven team focused on automating risk processes in alignment with federal regulatory standards .
