Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $19.00–$20.00 based on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of common areas including offices, restrooms, fitness centers, and hallways
• Maintain cleanliness standards in model units and other resident-facing areas
• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the team promptly
• Assist during turn season and support special cleaning projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience required — apartment, hotel, or senior living community experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in keeping spaces clean
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
