We are looking for an HRIS Business Analyst to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts, where you will play a key role in enhancing employee experiences through innovative technology solutions. Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business requirements to support HR systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve system functionalities.
• Serve as a liaison between HR and technical teams, facilitating communication and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Utilize Workday and ADP Payroll systems to manage HR data and streamline operations.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and leadership teams.
• Monitor data flows to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Support the Total Rewards program by analyzing and implementing compensation and benefits data.
• Provide training and mentorship to stakeholders, fostering understanding of HRIS tools and processes.
• Participate in creating a positive educational environment by engaging with students as a mentor and advocate.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead initiatives to implement improvements.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Workday and ADP Payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of Total Rewards concepts, including compensation and benefits.
• Proven ability to write detailed business requirement documents and reports.
• Experience with data flow analysis and ensuring data integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
