Job Description

Kelly has partnered with a leading manufacturing organization to find a machine operator. This position is temporary to hire paying up to $21 per hour. This individual will follows written and verbal directions, maintain clean work areas, and adheres to safety and cleanroom protocols. Key Responsibilities: Operate equipment and produce products per specifications. Package, label, and inspect products for quality. Maintain accurate documentation. Notify supervisor of issues or deviations. Support process validation and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Manufacturing experience preferred. Basic math and documentation skills. Ability to follow SOPs, safety, and cleanroom procedures. Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
