Job Title: Machine Operator I Location: Lincoln, RI Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Early release at 11:30 AM on Fridays) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Lincoln, RI. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery according to standard operating procedures Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Assist with basic machine setup and adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Complete production logs and communicate any issues to the supervisor Follow company policies and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required – training will be provided Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and punctuality Perks: Weekly pay Friendly, team-oriented environment Early Friday dismissal at 11:30 AM!
