M&A Strategy Manager – Industrial Sector (Fort Worth, TX)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000, with 20–25% bonus potential

In this role, you will:

• Lead full lifecycle M&A initiatives - from opportunity identification through integration
• Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and commercial teams, plus external partners
• Prepare compelling investment proposals and C-suite presentations
• Operate with high autonomy and executive exposure
• Influence and execute corporate strategy at the highest level

We’re looking for:

• 8–15 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors (mining is a plus)
• Proven hands-on M&A experience (deal sourcing, due diligence, integration)
• Background in strategy consulting and/or industry-based strategy roles
• Strong commercial acumen with an engineering degree (MBA a plus)
• A collaborative, humble leader who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced settings
