Job Description
Hours: In Season - average of 20 hrs/week (April-October)
Off Season - remote with average of 10 hrs/week (November-March)
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience managing a diverse group of a minimum of 20 employees.
Prior experience with profit and loss budget generation and expense control required.
Demonstrated prior success in managing a small business or equivalent.
Job Duties:
Overall management of golf club operations including restaurant activities.
Responsible for working with department managers and Board members to generate annual operating budgets.
Responsible for monitoring monthly budget results, including taking corrective action when over budget.
Responsible for overseeing capital projects to ensure they meet budget expectations and developing long range Capital plan in conjunction with the Board.
Attend monthly Board meetings and Annual Meeting, implementing Board policies and procedures approved at these meetings.
Attend Club social functions such as the Annual New Member Mingle.
