About this role

Adaptiva is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and help us shape the future of our products and will be working closely with our Product Management and Development teams to define product requirements and user flow.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes.
  • Create high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma and contribute to component libraries as needed.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
  • Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional product design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Ability to understand complex use cases and technical concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $127,000 – $140,000. The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, location, and other business needs.

The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a performance bonus and very generous benefits.
