POSITION OVERVIEW:

South Shore is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day project coordination of our company in its entirety. From placing the material and labor orders, managing the calendars, and handling all of the pre-and-post production-side communication for our home improvement projects. You will be coordinating up to 4 roof replacement teams, 3 project managers, 2 repair teams, 9 other subcontractors, and many homeowners on any given day — making sure everyone’s on the same page. (Our project managers do handle the day to day communication of all of the roof replacement projects and any related punch work). You will be using Google Sheets, Acculynx, and Google Calendar, streamlined with written processes, checklists, and helpful automations to stay efficient and effective in your role – all to deliver the highest quality production experience around.

THE COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• $90,000 Yearly Salary Paid Weekly
• Remote Work Ability (Our Office is in Savannah, GA – Feel Free to Move Here to Work In-Person!)
• 10 Days Paid Vacation that Accrue After 90 Days of Employment and Reset Yearly
• W2 Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communication + Schedule Management for all of our Replacements, Other Trades, and Warranty Calls
• Material and Labor Order Creation for all of our Replacements, Other Trades, and Punch Work
• Follow Up / Post Call Communication with all Clients and Template Email/Texting
• Production Material Inventory Ordering + Arranging Deliveries to Office Warehouse Space
• During + After Roof Project Auditing Via Photos, Checklists, and Videos
• Project Manager Process Accountability Checks + Phone Call/Text Assistance
• Subcontractor Labor Invoices Collecting + Auditing
• Vendor and Supplier Research and Negotiation As Needed
• Equipment – iPhone Pro Max and MacBook Air with Dual Monitor Setup Provided

THE SCHEDULE:

7:00 AM Start Time

On-Call for Texts and Phone Calls 24/7 For Emergency or Scheduling Production Needs For Our Customers, Crews, and Staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Home Improvement Product and Installation Knowledge (Roofing, Siding, Framing, Gutters, Drywall, Painting)
• 95th+ percentile computer-use speed and skill – fast, accurate, and great at written communication
• Your phone call communication is engaging, positive, and warm
• You are used to handling repetitive tasks and processes at a high-speed
• You are solution-focused and keep a positive mindset
• You are process-oriented, detail focused, and organized
• You are steady, handle stress well, and have a reputation for dependability
• You are a respected individual with a driven, go-getter personality that figures things out
