Job Title : Quality Assurance (QA) Tester

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Report and track software defects using defect management tools.
• Participate in regression, functional, performance, and usability testing.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in quality assurance.
• Assist in preparing test documentation and user manuals.
• Support continuous integration and delivery by integrating automated tests into build pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in web, mobile, and desktop application testing is preferred.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
