We are seeking a Data Scientist with a strong background in chemistry or biological sciences to support our R&D team's artificial intelligence platform development. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex microbiological data into a standardized digital format, and building dashboards to interact with the data, with suitability for artificial intelligence platform usage. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D scientists to understand current data generation and storage practices
• Build data input documents across multiple testing methodologies to enable easy upload and visualization in ELN/LIMS tools
• Build workflows to aggregate historical data from diverse sources

Required: Proven experience in data science, including data processing and analysis Understanding of the interface of data, software, and laboratory experiments Ability to handle and preprocess large datasets Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques Familiarity with data structuring for AI evaluation and development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Desired Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience working in a laboratory setting Knowledge of microbiological data and research methodologies Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas: Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.
