Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:  Conduct comprehensive research of the U.S. HVAC wholesale market to identify and screen potential leads.
  • Lead Generation & Account Management:  Drive sales growth by proactively reaching out to prospective customers (via phone, email, or in-person visits), building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Training & Enablement:  Provide training and support to channel partners, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell our company’s products.
  • Relationship Building:  Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with channel partners to ensure mutual success in meeting sales objectives.
  • CRM & Organization:  Record and track prospect/customer interactions, appointments, and tasks in a shared format for seamless team collaboration.
  • Sales Support:  Offer marketing materials, product information, and sales collateral to channel partners, enabling them to drive demand and close deals.
  • Industry Awareness:  Remain current with the latest HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) technologies and trends to provide informed guidance and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:  Associate’s Degree or higher, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Sales Expertise:  A minimum of three years of wholesale or B2B sales experience (HVAC-specific experience preferred, but not required), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Communication Proficiency:  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients via phone, email, and in person. Adept at delivering presentations and capable of training others.

Language Skills:  Bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.

Work Authorization:  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Willingness to Travel:  Open to traveling, as necessary, to nurture client relationships and support business growth.

Knowledge of the HVAC industry or related industries like Plumbing, Electrical, or Industrial will be advantageous.
