Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP MDG implementations.
• Define and oversee test scenarios, test cases, and test data aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data governance and data quality standards are met through rigorous testing.
• Lead test execution cycles, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Track and manage defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Maintain detailed documentation and test artifacts in Confluence.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and test metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP MDG testing and implementation projects.
• More than 7 years of testing or test leadership experience
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for test management and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional testing teams.
• Experience working in a global delivery model for a complex organization is preferred
