Job Description
Family Location: 92118 Summary: A bit about us: We’re a close-knit, Catholic-Christian family of three; soon to be a family of 4! We value routine, connection, and being together. We spend our free time gardening, reading, and hiking.
Our 22-month-old son is an active, social toddler who loves reading, singing songs, and playing outside. He’s in full-time daycare on the base, and he loves it!
Our baby girl is set to arrive in late August! We can’t wait to meet her!

You’re the kind of person who understands how to follow a parent’s lead but also knows when to offer thoughtful ideas or helpful support. Ideally, you have strong infant experience, previous toddler experience, and love spending time outdoors. You’re someone we can count on to maintain our routines, provide gentle structure, and keep open communication.
Job Duties: School pick-ups either using family vehicle or walking, providing attentive care for a toddler and, later, an infant, age-appropriate play, changing diapers, supervising and assisting with feeding, supporting Mom as a second set of hands during the early postpartum phase, taking toddler on walks, to the park (2 houses down), outdoor play, preparing basic meals or assisting with meal prep based on a provided meal schedule, occasionally grocery pickups, light household tasks such as children’s laundry, bottle sterilizing, loading/unloading dishwasher, bedtime/bathtime routine, following Mom’s lead on feeding practices, aligning with parents on gentle discipline style, maintaining consistent boundaries and supporting a screen-light environment.
