Position Overview:
Reporting to the VP, Corporate Development, the Sr. Analyst/Associate, Strategy & Corporate Development will be responsible for raising corporate capital, sourcing and executing M&A transactions, capital planning, and supporting the executive team in strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the renewable energy sector, exceptional financial acumen, and demonstrated leadership in high-growth environments.

Location: New York, NY with at least 3 days a week in Aspens Bryant Park office
Compensation Range:
The salary range for this position is:$110k - $150k, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and initial and subsequent annual equity awards, all at the sole discretion of the Company and in accordance with Company policy. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
Note that title and salary will be commensurate with candidate experience.
