Key Responsibilities:

• Define data and analytics vision, strategy, and associated practices.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of the organization’s global data and analytics strategy.
• Establish a global end-to-end operating model for data and analytics.
• Maintain accountability for exploiting the value of enterprise information assets.
• Build partnerships with executive leadership to manage data environment and capabilities.

• Lead data-driven innovation and the adoption of artificial intelligence.
• Oversee the development and deployment of the enterprise’s data and analytics platform.
• Manage the annual budget for the office of Enterprise Data Management.

Required Experience:

• 15+ years in an investment management or financial services data-oriented management role.
• Firm grasp of the Asset Management data environment and its complexities.
• Experience in Data Engineering, Architecture, Data Tools, BI tools, and Data Governance framework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a data and information related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to drive transformative change and collaborate effectively.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary teams.
