Touring Celebrity Executive Personal Assistant (Extensive Travel Required)

Location: NYC-based with domestic and international travel

Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000

The Celebrity Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and personal support to a high-profile individual. This hybrid role requires a hands-on, adaptable, and discreet professional who can seamlessly manage both household and travel logistics while collaborating with the individual’s management and executive team on business matters.

This position involves extensive domestic and international travel , including a travel across Europe , and requires the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the individual’s personal and professional calendar, ensuring daily accuracy.
• Book, coordinate, and manage all aspects of complex travel itineraries (air, ground, lodging, dining), with an emphasis on European travel preferences .
• Oversee all elements of household operations, including supervision of house staff, scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring the residence is always guest-ready.
• Coordinate medical and personal appointments, prescriptions, and related needs.
• Run personal errands, source products and services, manage mail, deliveries, returns, and household inventories.
• Set up and manage organizational systems for the household and personal affairs.
• Communicate with the business manager and external stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
• Actively manage communications, including email correspondence and follow-ups.
• Execute additional duties as requested with a no-task-too-small attitude.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Celebrity or High-Net-Worth Individual Personal Assistant
• Prior experience supporting a principal on tour, especially internationally (Europe experience required)

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and active passport
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including extended international assignments
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Strong sense of accountability, discretion, and reliability
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible, calm under pressure, and able to pivot in dynamic situations
