Position: Driver / Transporter

Location: Arkville, Walton, New York

Salary: $17.60 (No CDL required!)

Job Summary: Primary responsibility involves transportation of passengers and other related duties designated by the Transportation Department.

• Assumes responsibility for safely transporting individuals to and from day program sites or as assigned.
• Picks-up and delivers materials and equipment, as directed, to various sites and departments within the Agency as assigned.

Job Types: Substitutes, Half-time, Three-quarter time available

Shifts Available: Day shift.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New York driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment checks.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Must be a minimum age of 18
• Candidate must have a positive demeanor with the ability to be tactful, sensitive, and empathetic.
