\nVIT/ IR Tech needed asap for 13 weeks\nCREDENTIALING REQ: There is a strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start – no exceptions. \nPLEASE NOTE: ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE MADE AWARE OF THE URGENCY OF THE OHIO FINGERPRINTING PROCESS. Candidate must complete fingerprints as soon as they sign contract.\nRTO required with submission, must be built into contract\nLocal radius: 60 miles\nFormer employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more\nCurrent employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location\nEducation must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS: Work Setting Experience:\n• Outpatient\n• Inpatient\n• Operating Room\n• Level I Trauma\n• Teaching Hospital\nDocumentation System Experience: Epic\nCertifications/Licenses: BLS, ARRT\nMust have EVAR experience!\nGeneral Skills Experience:\n• PACS\n• C-ARM\n• Biopsies\nX-ray Procedure Experience:\n• Surgery/C-Arm\n

Required Qualifications
Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RAD-OH
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); VI-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Must have EVAR experience!\n\n\n
