Job Description

Enfinity Global is seeking a dynamic Americas Treasury Analyst to fill a key role in supporting a 400 MW renewable energy operating portfolio and multiple projects under construction. This will include oversight for all middle and back office of Treasury and various borrowing facilities (which include revolvers, term loans, project financing and tax equity). The position will report to the VP of Finance, Americas and will actively support the treasury, controllership and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all Treasury and Controllership aspects of the 400 MW portfolio
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly deliverables, including paying and recording debt/ interest, withdrawal certificates, and other required deliverables
  • Creating monthly cash waterfalls for the SPV’s, reconciling with bank activity.
  • Maintain and track insurance policies, warranties, lease agreements and payments

Financial Performance:

  • Monitor activity, maintain proper schedules to capture the funds flow and accruals for the various borrowing facilities (including principal, interest accruals, upfront issuance costs, amortizations, etc.)
  • Prepare annual operating budgets and monthly/quarterly reports with variance analysis for stakeholders, lenders, and tax equity partners.
  • Maintain comprehensive frameworks to capture monthly cash waterfall’s + forecasts and help the business anticipate near, mid- and long-term challenges (DSCR, cash flow etc.)

Treasury:

  • Perform treasury functions, including paying debt, setting up wires, cash reconciliations, waterfall preparation, and 13-week cash forecasting.
  • Perform payment verification instructions, maintain and track all letters of credit, bonds and ensure compliance with agreements in place (calculation of fees & interest, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA desirable but not required.
  • 2-5 years progressive experience in finance and/or treasury within publicly-traded companies and/or private equity / PE-backed companies. Sector expertise in Power / Renewable Energy a plus.
  • Accountable, high emotional intelligence, strong communication skills
  • Strong finance and/or treasury background with financial modeling and financial statement experience.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Netsuite in a growth environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); executive presence and ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with use of all MS Office products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
