Job Description

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented DevOps Developer to join our team in Denver, CO or Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develops the applications including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable

  • Identifies and implements best-practice solutions to address client requirements

  • Performs custom development and 3rd party integrations

  • Performs unit-testing and resolves code defects

  • Migrates code changes to the production environment

  • Assists with technical design and documentation

  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions that support business requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional software development experience in lieu of degree

  • 5+ years of software development experience

  • 2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project

  • Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows

  • Experience with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, or JavaScript)

  • IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; coordinating resources and ensuring scheduled goals are met

  • Ability to effectively interact with various levels of senior management is necessary

  • Ability to make decisions and resolve problems effectively – seek out information and data to evaluate, prioritize and formulate best solution or practice

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
