Industrial Spray Painter | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo HR is hiring an experienced and dependable Industrial Spray Painter to join an innovative, fast-growing team in North Las Vegas ! In this role, you’ll work in a professional paint booth environment, applying precise spray finishes to steel beams and structural components used in major construction and industrial projects.

We're looking for individuals with a solid background in industrial or automotive painting who take pride in craftsmanship, follow safety protocols rigorously, and are ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

Apply high-quality spray finishes to steel beams and similar materials in a controlled booth setting
Prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and uniform paint application
Conduct routine equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure top performance
Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety and PPE protocols
Apply spray paint to steel beams and similar materials within a controlled booth environment.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in industrial spray painting or auto body painting
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to operate and maintain HVLP spray equipment
Independent, reliable, and committed to high-performance standards
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable working with respirators and safety gear in a production environment

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday
