WCS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a large social services organization in the Nanuet, NY. The ideal candidate will provide medical care and support to individuals living in residential homes. Temp to perm role!

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• 9am - 5pm.
\n

• Assess and manage the medical needs of residents.

  \n
\n

• Coordinate care with physicians and specialists.

  \n
\n

• Administer medications and provide direct nursing care.

  \n
\n

• Train and supervise AMAP-certified staff.

  \n
\n

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

  \n
\n

\n

\n

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• ASN required; BSN preferred.

  \n
\n

• CPR and First Aid certification required.

  \n
\n

• 1 year of experience in OPWDD, I/DD, or psychiatric/mental health settings.

  \n
\n

• Completion of required trainings, including Infection Control and Abuse Reporting.

  \n
\n
