Asad is a Senior Director in EY-Parthenon’s Financial Services Strategy practice based in Chicago. He has more than 20 years of strategy development, execution, and transaction experience covering Securities Services, Wealth/Asset Management, Corporate & Investment Banking, and Fintech at leading financial institutions globally with over over $12B in transacted deal value between strategic and financial-sponsor deals. Asad was Head of Strategy for US Bank’s Wealth Management and Securities Services division and has also been in Investment Banking and Corporate Development roles at Citibank and JPM. He currently advises PE and Bank clients on growth strategy, acquisition strategy, fintech partnerships, AI/ML and tokenization/digital assets.
