Corporate membership
Membership for your whole team
Corporate membership funds annual membership for all current employees at no additional charge, with the same individual benefits as members who pay themselves. Employees must enroll using their company email; employer-funded membership does not transfer if they leave.
Corporate recognition and event visibility, including speaking opportunities, support recruitment and Responsible AI positioning. Product or service promotion is a separate sponsorship benefit.

AI 2030 is growing! As the organization grows, a new structure is required to clarify who is a member, what membership includes, and how people and organizations can join. All individual categories receive the same core benefits.
The target launch is October 9, 2026.
Annual dues are $25 for Student Members, $45 for Emerging Leader Members and $95 for Professional Members. Employees of Corporate Members may enroll without individual dues.
Students must be current students; Emerging Leader is the early-career category, typically within the first five years of a graduation date and/or entry into their profession.
While members will receive discounts to most AI 2030 events and programs, membership does not mean every event or program is included. This is to ensure that the cost and benefits of being a member are consistent, whether or not someone can attend one or more event each year.
Future Member is a welcoming designation for someone who is not currently a member. Other event flags may include Member, Fellow, Speaker, Sponsor, I’ve Taken the Pledge, Staff, and Advisor. Membership status and other roles are recorded separately; more than one flag may apply!
Yes, unless you designate otherwise or if your payment information has changed, your membership will renew after your 12-month period without you having to do anything! You will receive a notification prior to your renewal being processed. If you do not want your membership to auto renew, please select that option when you join.
Membership confirms affiliation with AI 2030; it is not a professional certification or the selective Global Fellow designation.
Good news! Your early investment will cover three years of membership from your original payment date. For example, a payment on July 15, 2025 covers membership through July 15, 2028. Converted prior paid members are also referred to as Legacy Members and receive the same core benefits. No new payment is required during that term.

The language used during AI 2030’s early phase were different than the language will be moving forward. If you were previously a Member, but did not pay, you are now a Community Participant with the exact same benefits. We highly suggest joining and becoming a Member under this new program! But no, free participation alone does not establish membership under the new structure.
Fellowship and membership are separate relationships. An applicant may join without waiting for a Fellowship decision. And, while membership is highly encouraged, your AI 2030 membership status does not determine selection.
Taking the Pledge remains free and also does not confer membership. An “I’ve Taken the Pledge” event flag identifies Pledge participation, separately from membership. Official member Pledge assets require active membership and a recorded Pledge.
While we will naturally consider companies who have invested into AI 2030’s important mission first and foremost when making speaker decisions, a speaking role is not guaranteed. Companies wishing to make an investment into AI 2030 that includes a guaranteed speaking role or other specific benefits designed to drive customers should consider a sponsorship vs a Corporate Membership. A Corporate Membership should be considered a reflection of your responsible AI values, as well as an employee recruitment (and retention, since the membership is only valid as long as the employee is with your firm) differentiator.
All current employees may enroll at no additional charge; there is no employee seat limit. Employees must use their company email for their individual AI 2030 membership under the Corporate Membership offering.
Employer-funded membership is tied to the company and does not transfer when you leave. Eligibility also ends if the company’s Corporate Membership ends. You may join individually or through another eligible employer.
This will be considered on an individual basis. Memberships are nonrefundable. You can choose whether to continue your individual membership and pay for it yourself, or use your corporate benefits to activate your membership starting with the next payment cycle.
Sponsorship and Corporate Membership are separate. Sponsors may promote products or services through their sponsorship; Corporate Membership does not automatically include these promotional benefits.
AI 2030 plans on adding membership benefits on a regular basis. The survey options described possible benefits as well as existing benefits.
