Kathleen Wrynn is an Executive Director within the Global Technology Strategy Team at J.P. Morgan focusing on Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT). With 15+ years of financial industry experience, Kathleen is a fervent advocate for using blockchain and web3 technologies to transform financial services architecture. She is very involved in the broader blockchain community and frequently speaks at conferences and industry events. In 2023, Kathleen received the Markets Media Group U.S. Women in Finance “Rising Star” Award. 

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Kathleen spent over thirteen years working in asset and wealth management at Deutsche Bank and DWS. There she worked across multiple functions including product development, strategy, business management, operations, and digital marketing spanning most asset classes. Most recently, she was a founding member of the Global Digital Products Team responsible for defining DWS’ initial digital assets strategy. Kathleen is on the AI 2030 Web3 Advisory Board.
