Market signal

From digital finance to agentic finance.

Frontier AI is moving past copilots into the core of financial work: research, modeling, compliance, underwriting, wealth, operations and consumer finance. Agents are reaching the rails, connecting to financial data, enterprise systems and transaction infrastructure, and increasingly acting.

Readiness lags capability. Institutions still own the capital, customers and obligations, but their infrastructure and governance were built for software used by people. Closing that gap is the opportunity.

The FinTech track

Banks, insurers and payments leaders set the requirements.

Banks, credit unions, insurers, payments and asset managers: where model risk, fair lending and examiner expectations decide what gets bought. We work with the institutions that buy, not just the founders who build.

The FinTech track runs December 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027, culminating at the AI 2030 Venture Summit in New York.

Program structure

Four modules, two tracks, one cohort.

Two tracks run in parallel: a Business track that sharpens market fit, go-to-market evidence and pilot design, and a Responsible AI track that makes BFSI requirements concrete and buyer-ready. Graduates continue for 8+ weeks in the Startup Catalyst alumni program.

Module 1

Market Fit, Tested

Founders validate demand against what banks and other customers actually need.

Module 2

Reverse Pitches

Risk, compliance and business lines pitch their problems to founders.

Module 3

Go-to-Market with Evidence

Learn from successful GTM cases to refine strategy, operations, channels and resources.

Module 4

Pilots, and Capital

Facilitated pilots, a stronger business case, and a compelling investor strategy and pitch.

Responsible AI track

Responsible AI isn't a checkbox. It's the product.

Three modules run parallel to the business track: Fundamentals → intended use, limits and validation method; Managing Risks → a risk register mapped to supervisory expectations; Operationalizing → the diligence package a buyer's risk function reviews.

Model accuracy Fair lending Explainability Auditability Human oversight Third-party risk Consumer protection Operational resilience

Technology

Lower cost to build and scale

Cohort companies build on production-grade infrastructure while they are still proving the product, so a pilot is evidence, not a demo. Credit terms, eligibility and program access are set by each provider and subject to their approval.
